White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt has been viciously trolled by social media users who again took aim at her appearance accusing her of looking older than her years

Karoline Leavitt has come under fire for her appearance after fans accused her of aging “10 years in five months.”

The White House press secretary made headlines from the moment she stepped into her position as the youngest ever person to take on the job. Social media users have often made Karoline, 27, a topic of conversation with everything from rumors of plastic surgery to her age-gap marriage taking center stage.

Now after a post on X that showed a comparison between her in 2015 and 2025 went viral many have again drawn focus to her looks after the social media user claimed, “Karoline Leavitt HATES these side-by-side photos.”

Commenting on the post another follower said, “She’s aged 10 yrs in 5 months! Welcome Karoline to the corrupt world of the FELON Donald J Trump!”

Another user speculated, “Aww, she was so pretty before her surgeries,” as a third gave their scathing opinion writing

“She’s 27 and she looks like she’s going on 42. Evil ages you.” Another bitterly wrote, “Leavitt walked in the Plastic Surgeon’s office and said, ‘Give me the Michael Jackson nose!’”

Another user brutally said, “Wouldn’t be surprised if she hates her own reflection in a mirror.” Karoline has also faced scrutiny in her personal lifer over her 33-year age gap with husband Nicholas Riccio, 60.

Talking to Megyn Kelly Karoline described their romance as an “atypical love story.”

But social media users haven’t held back in their own scathing take on the romance. One wrote, “She had plastic surgery to make herself look as old as her grandpa/hubby. It worked,” a second said, “That’s what happens when you sleep with someone’s grandpa and tell lies for a living.”

Karoline has previously come under fire on the internet over her looks when last summer one tweet claimed she had got “the Trump makeover.” They shared, “They do this to practically every woman who ends up working in front of the camera for his campaign.”

They then continued, “Watching her butchered rhinoplasty wiggle when she speaks gives me a migraine.” While she is a very outspoken person in her professional life often getting into it with reporters and her peers, Karoline has kept quiet over the hateful trolling she is subjected to online.
