Karoline Leavitt threw an extravagant celebration for her son’s milestone first birthday – complete with coordinated family outfits for the special occasion.

The 27-year-old White House Press Secretary posted snapshots from the memorable day on her Instagram Stories. In one adorable photo, Karoline and her 59-year-old husband Nicholas Riccio sported matching “Dada” and “Mama” T-shirts as they wrapped their arms around each other while standing behind their son, Nicholas “Niko” Robert Riccio, in their backyard.

Karoline had chosen a construction truck theme for the celebration – even bringing in an actual digger for the spectacular event. She captioned the image, “1st birthday party success for my little truck lover boy!”

The proud mom posted footage of Niko eating his birthday cake, along with another video showcasing all the loved ones who came together for the festivities. Niko’s birthday cake was topped with two miniature diggers, while party decorations included banners featuring his adorable face.
