Dancing on Ice presenter Holly Willoughby has a long-standing professional relationship with her co-host Stephen Mulhern, who first worked together over 20 years ago on children’s TV

Holly Willoughby is happily married to husband Dan Baldwin, 17 years after walking down the aisle together.

The Dancing on Ice presenter and TV executive share three children, Harry, 15, Belle, 13, and Chester, 10.

But Holly, 44, once shared several playful kiss with her co-star on the ITV show Stephen Mulhern, 47.

The former This Morning presenter and Stephen go back a long way, having first worked with each other over 20 years ago.

They used to present Ministry of Mayhem together and kissed on the show several times in a Christmas episode.

In the clip from their time on the show between 2004 and 2006, Stephen, 46, presents Holly with a present containing mistletoe and tells her, “Here’s the deal, if you open it you must wear it for the whole show.”

A delighted Holly tells him: “Hurray for me! I can kiss all of the boys in the world all of the time,” before singing: “Tis the season to kiss Holly fa la la la la”.

Stephen then lands his first kiss on her lips as Holly protests: “No! Stephen, you don’t count!”. He insists: “What do you mean I don’t count? Whoever you are under the mistletoe with you must kiss.”

He then goes in for a second kiss, with Holly telling him: “Don’t wear my lips out, I am going to be kissing Anthony from Blue soon.”

Stephen then plants three more kisses on Holly throughout the episode before Holly removes the mistletoe and tells him: “Right, that does it! I am taking this off – and you are definitely on the naughty list.”

Holly has always been quiet about her exes, preferring to keep her romantic life out of the spotlight,

But she reportedly dated GP Matt Goodman, who’s now married to Countryfile presenter, Ellie Harrison, for ‘quite a while’ before Holly got her first presenting gig.
