Good Morning Britain viewers shared a lot of complaints as Martin Lewis replaced Richard Madeley this week.
Typically, the ITV news programme features Susanna Reid and Richard as presenters, but on Wednesday’s instalment, the consumer guru stepped up to host.
Susanna and Martin worked their way through the day’s top stories but some watchers weren’t best pleased about the shake-up.
Many took to social media to share their thoughts on Martin co-hosting the show and one penned on X: ‘Ruins my morning having to listen to Martin – time for Eamonn I think.’
‘Martin Lewis with his shouty “do this” “do that” and jumping over furniture so early in the morning may just be too much for me,’ another added.
Someone else said: ‘I just don’t have the head for Martin Lewis at this time of the morning.’

‘Oh no, switched on, not Martin Lewis,’ one chimed in.
Another penned: ‘Martin stares at the desk while Susanna reads out a viewer’s question Wednesday.’
However, some were more welcoming and one viewer jumped to Martin’s defence: ‘If you can’t stand watching Martin Lewis, stop whining on here and try turning to a different channel you fools.’
He announced he would be appearing on the show on Tuesday and said: ‘Time to sign off and get ready for bed as I’m presenting @GMB from 6am alongside @susannareid100 tomorrow, so need m’beauty sleep!
‘Big info to come on cutting council tax costs, fixing council tax, & I hope to get some PIP & energy news in too + the usual news, politics & current affairs.
‘See you then. I hope (not literally obvs, TV is only one way).’
Some fans commented how they were looking forward to seeing Martin on the show and one penned: ‘A great reason to tune in.’

It comes after Thursday’s episode of the ITV breakfast news show saw Kate Garraway, 58, with co-host Adil Ray, 51, report a particularly sad story to viewers.
It was about British grandmother Yvonne Ford, 59, from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, who sadly died from rabies this week.
Kate explained: ‘Did you see this extraordinary story about a woman, she was scratched very slightly by a stray dog whilst on holiday in February, that long ago, in Morocco.
‘It wasn’t even a particularly bad one at the time. It didn’t seem to be infected. Then two weeks ago, she started to feel very unwell, has now passed away.’
Before making an ill-timed quip, she added: ‘It’s made people very conscious because rabies is something we don’t think about very much. It is astonishing.’
It came as she mentioned TV doctor Hilary Jones, 72, who often appears on the show for health and wellbeing segments.
She said: ‘I mean, what the doctors say, if I can do my Dr Hilary at the moment for a bit, is make sure you get an inoculation.
‘But also, if you have any kind of scratch from any kind of wild animal or animal abroad, get treatments right away, because then it can be stopped.’

Rabies – which is passed on through injuries such as bites and scratches from an infected animal – is nearly always fatal.
It typically takes between three to 12 weeks for symptoms to show but can also take longer in some cases.
Viewers picked up on Kate’s jokey reference to pretending to be Dr Hilary and felt the tone was not tasteful given the nature of the story.
