Karoline Leavitt shared a sweet video of her son with her fans on social media.

The 27-year-old White House Press Secretary celebrated her tot’s first birthday and fans couldn’t get enough of the sweet milestone moment. She wrote on Instagram, “Today my sweet, happy, sensitive, funny, and handsome baby turned one. What a year it has been.” Karloline continued, “There are no words to describe how much I love this little boy. I thank God every day for making me his mommy.

“Happy 1st Birthday, my beautiful son. Mama and Dada love you so much.” Her followers flooded the comments section as they responded to the post. One person wrote, “Omg no I’m crying this is so precious!!!! Love you and Niko.” Another follower said, “Wow so beautiful, made me cry so lovely.” It comes as humiliated Trump raged at an ‘evil’ reporter for a damning question.

A third person added, “Stop! How has it already been a year?! Sooo sweet. Happy birthday, Nico!”

She’s married to 59‑year‑old real estate developer Nicholas Riccio, whom she met in 2022, got engaged in December 2023, and wed in January. The couple welcomed a son, Nicholas Robert “Niko” Riccio, on July 10, 2024

Before becoming the youngest-ever White House Press Secretary, Leavitt met her future husband in a chance encounter that led to a blossoming romance. That meeting would eventually lead to a whirlwind romance and a wedding just days before one of the most high-profile moments of her career.

Karoline fondly recounted her first encounter with her now husband, Nicholas, during an appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show.

She revealed, “A mutual friend of ours hosted an event at a restaurant that he owns up in New Hampshire and invited my husband. I was speaking. We met and we were acquainted as friends.”

Nick proposed the following year, and although their engagement didn’t immediately lead to a wedding, the couple tied the knot just days before Karoline took center stage as President Trump’s newly appointed press secretary.

On January 28, she made history when she delivered her first press briefing at the White House, officially becoming the youngest person to ever hold the position at just 27—surpassing the previous record held by Ronald Ziegler, who took the role under President Richard Nixon in 1969 at age 29.
