Fox News Host Jesse Watters has moved out of his Manhattan rental and purchased a home in Bernardsville, NJ, for a cool $2.8 million.
The stately, five-bedroom mansion boasts 10,296 square feet—significantly larger than the cozy, 1,853-square-foot New York City condo he rented with wife Emma.
The political pundit has been busy with real estate transactions lately.
Last October, the host of “Jesse Watters Primetime” listed his vacation home on the Jersey shore for $1,999,000. The the 2,044-square-foot, four-bedroom, oceanfront abode in Beach Haven, NJ, was recently updated.
After a December price drop, the swanky beach pad now has a pending offer.

Sprawling spread
As for Watters’ newly purchased property, The New Jersey estate was built in 2002 and sits on 5.6 private acres on Bernardsville Mountain.
The home’s two-story, wraparound verandas give it the feel of a classic, Southern-style estate.

Eight fireplaces, 12-foot ceilings, and ornate millwork are among the luxury dwelling’s many highlights. A grand, two-story foyer boasts marble floors and an eye-catching, curved staircase.
The home’s formal dining room is surrounded by French doors that open onto the terrace. A wood-paneled library has built-in bookcases, a cozy fireplace, and a spiral staircase.

The enormous kitchen features two large islands; dark-wood, custom cabinets; and French doors that welcome in plenty of natural light.
Upstairs, a spacious primary suite offers a sitting area, luxe bathroom with a soaking tub, terrace access, and a large walk-in closet.

Other highlights include a lower-level theater, wine cellar, garage, pool, and carriage house with guest accommodations.
